Activacin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 27, 2006. Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral ischaemia and was treated with Activacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, hypertension, somnolence. Activacin dosage: 41.37 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with EDARAVONE, GLYCEOL, MANNITOL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, diabetes mellitus, haemorrhagic cerebral infarction, pancreatitis. Activacin dosage: 31.9 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
