Activacin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Feb 17, 2006. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Activacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure diastolic increased, cardiogenic shock. Activacin dosage: 33.5 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LACTATED RINGER. Patient died.

Activacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 20, 2007. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral artery embolism and was treated with Activacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, brain stem infarction, cardiogenic shock, resuscitation, unevaluable event. Activacin dosage: 18 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. Patient recovered.
