After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, cardiac arrest , deep vein thrombosis , gingival pain, overdose, respiratory failure, tooth loss, weight decreased. Actiq dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MS CONTIN, SKELAXIN, CELEBREX, NEURONTIN, LORAZEPAM, AMBIEN, MIRALAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
