After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dysarthria, hypertension, incorrect dose administered, lethargy, mental status changes, pneumonia , pneumonitis. Actiq dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, ALPRAZOLAM, ESCITALOPRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
