Actiq side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 20, 2006. Male patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with procedural pain and was treated with Actiq. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dysarthria, hypertension, incorrect dose administered, lethargy, mental status changes, pneumonia , pneumonitis. Actiq dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, ALPRAZOLAM, ESCITALOPRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
