During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ENALAPRIL COMP RATIOPHARM, ZYLORIC, PLAVIX, THEOPHYLLINE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ENALAPRIL COMP, ZYLORIC, PLAVIX, THEOPHYLLINE, PREDNISOLONE, SALBUTAMOL. Patient died.
