Actimax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 30, 2005. Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Actimax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dizziness . Actimax dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/01/2005.

Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Actimax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dizziness . Actimax dosage: 400 MG, QD, ORAL; 200 MG, QD, ORAL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, delirium. Actimax dosage: 400 MG, ONCE , ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COAPROVEL, NORVASC, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , circulatory collapse, confusional state. Actimax dosage: 400 MG, TOTAL DAILY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ENALAPRIL COMP RATIOPHARM, ZYLORIC, PLAVIX, THEOPHYLLINE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , confusional state, fall , loss of consciousness. Actimax dosage: 400 MG, TOTAL DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ENALAPRIL COMP, ZYLORIC, PLAVIX, THEOPHYLLINE, PREDNISOLONE, SALBUTAMOL. Patient died.
