Actilyse side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NEW ZEALAND on Nov 11, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with retinal haemorrhage and was treated with Actilyse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endophthalmitis, procedural complication, propionibacterium infection, streptococcal infection What is  streptococcal infection. Actilyse dosage: 0.1 ML, INTRAVITREAL; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with TETRACAINE, POVIDONE IODINE. Patient recovered.
