Actilyse side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Feb 28, 2007. Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Actilyse. Actilyse dosage: 70 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN. Patient died on 02/25/2007.

Actilyse side effect was reported by a Health Professional from INDIA on Feb 23, 2007. Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Actilyse. Actilyse dosage: 50 MG, SINGLE; INTRAVENOUS. Patient died.
