Actilyse side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 24, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Actilyse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia What is  aphasia, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiac failure congestive, cerebrovascular accident, paresis, right ventricular failure. Actilyse dosage: 100 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
