Actifed side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Sept 06, 2005. Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and was treated with Actifed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, arteriogram carotid abnormal, brain oedema, cerebral haematoma, cerebrovascular disorder, convulsion, electrocardiogram pr prolongation, epilepsy , headache . Actifed dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAZEPAM, HOMEOPATIC PREPARATION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accelerated hypertension, activities of daily living impaired, aneurysm , blood pressure increased, brain oedema, cerebral haematoma, cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral ventricle dilatation, clonus. Actifed dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALKA SELTZER COLD, SUDAFED, COMTREX, CORICIDIN, HALLS MENTHOLYPTUS, TYLENOL, CARDIZEM, VASOTEC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
