Actifed side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 08, 2004. Female patient, 41 years of age, was treated with Actifed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accelerated hypertension, activities of daily living impaired, aneurysm
, blood pressure increased, brain oedema, cerebral haematoma, cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral ventricle dilatation, clonus. Actifed dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALKA SELTZER COLD, SUDAFED, COMTREX, CORICIDIN, HALLS MENTHOLYPTUS, TYLENOL, CARDIZEM, VASOTEC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
