Acitretin side effect was reported by a Physician from NETHERLANDS on Feb 12, 2007. Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with pustular psoriasis and was treated with Acitretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood calcium decreased, blood sodium increased, capillary leak syndrome, erysipelas, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, gammopathy. Acitretin dosage: QD; PO; 50 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Acitretin dosage: 20 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with MINOCYCLINE, HYDROXYZINE HYDRECHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
