Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with psoriasis, pain  and was treated with Acitretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis , bone pain, calcinosis, constipation , dehydration, diarrhoea, discomfort, enthesopathy. Acitretin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, PAINKILLERS NOS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
