Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fall , injury, loss of consciousness. Aciphex dosage: 20 MG 1 PER DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, CYTOMEL. Patient recovered.

Aciphex dosage: 20 MG ONE DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Aciphex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREGABALIN, DILAUDID, OXYCODONE, FORTEO, LOMOTIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
