Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, anorexia, dementia , depression , fall , insomnia, seborrhoea. Aciphex dosage: 20 MG, ORAL; 3 TO 4 YEARS AGO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, LASIX, LEXAPRO, WELLBUTRIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anger, arthropathy, claustrophobia, depression , fatigue, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, menopause , panic attack. Aciphex dosage: 20 MG. 2X DAILY PO 2 YEARS OFF AND ON. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM. Patient recovered.
