Aciphex Side Effects Report #5764525-9
Physician from UNITED STATES reported Aciphex side effect on May 20, 2008. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dehydration, disease complication, pneumonia . Aciphex dosage: 20 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, SYNTHROID, PREDNISOLONE, FLEXERIL, DIGOXIN, CONCERTA. Patient died on 03/10/2008.

Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 76.99 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis  and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, contusion, dehydration, dental caries, diarrhoea, dizziness , gastrointestinal disorder, injection site erythema, injection site pain. Aciphex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREGABALIN, DILAUDID, OXYCODONE, FORTEO, LOMOTIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
