Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Aciphex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DARVON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/18/2005.
