Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, renal failure and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chills, decreased appetite, fatigue, nausea , pyrexia, retching, urinary tract infection . Aciphex dosage: 20 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEVAQUIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Aciphex dosage: 20 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, SYNTHROID, PREDNISOLONE, FLEXERIL, DIGOXIN, CONCERTA. Patient died on 03/10/2008.
