Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 148.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cough, dyspnoea, fatigue, kidney enlargement, renal impairment, renal injury, weight decreased. Aciphex dosage: 20 MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
