After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: candida serology positive, condition aggravated, graft complication, inflammation, ligament rupture, pain , post procedural complication, therapeutic product contamination. Achilles dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MANUFACTURER. Patient recovered.
