After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, condition aggravated, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haemoglobin decreased, melaena, myocardial ischaemia, troponin increased. Acetylsalicylic dosage: 75 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with CITALOPRAM, AMLODIPINE, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, QVAR, ALBUTEROL, DICLOFENAC. Patient recovered.
