Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with coronary artery disease , type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyperuricaemia, hypertension, depression  and was treated with Acetylsalicylic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, duodenal ulcer haemorrhage. Acetylsalicylic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACTRAPID PENFILL, ALLOPURINOL, AMLODIPINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, METOPROLOL, PANTOPRAZOLE, RAMIPRIL, SERTRALINE. Patient died on 04/29/2008.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
