Male patient, 85 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with transient ischaemic attack and was treated with Acetylsalicylic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, dizziness , fall . Acetylsalicylic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, PERSANTIN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, dizziness , gastric ulcer, melaena, thrombosis. Acetylsalicylic dosage: 75 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, BEZAFIBRATE, DOXAZOSIN, BECLAZONE, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE HFA, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
