Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia and was treated with Acetazolamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ataxia What is  ataxia, condition aggravated, dysarthria, hyperammonaemia, metabolic acidosis, metabolic encephalopathy, nystagmus. Acetazolamide dosage: 250 MG FOUR TIMES A DAY, ORAL. Patient recovered.
