Acetadote side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 30, 2005. Male patient, 31 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatotoxicity, international normalised ratio increased, liver transplant What is  liver transplant. Acetadote dosage: 300 MG/KG, IV. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLCYSTEINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Acetadote dosage: 300 MG/KG IV. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLCYSTEINE, ACTIVATED CHARCOAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
