Acetadote side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 20, 2006. Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with overdose and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intentional overdose, liver function test abnormal, suicide attempt. Acetadote dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Acetadote side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 06, 2007. Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 146.0 lb, was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic encephalopathy, international normalised ratio increased, liver function test abnormal. Acetadote dosage: 150 MG/KG, 50 MG/KG, 100 MG/K OVER 1, 4, 16 HRS IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with LOPRESSOR, BICARBONATE, GOLYTELY, ACTIVATED CHARCOAL. Patient died.
