Acetadote side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 09, 2006. Male patient, 17 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with overdose and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: heart rate increased, infusion related reaction, sinoatrial block. Acetadote dosage: 3500 MG/ 500 ML ONCE OVER 4 HOURS IV. Patient recovered.

Acetadote side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 11, 2005. Female patient, 16 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with overdose and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, hot flush, infusion related reaction, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory rate increased, wheezing. Acetadote dosage: 12613 MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN, TORADOL. Patient recovered.
