Acetadote side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 17, 2006. Female patient, weighting 144.0 lb, was diagnosed with overdose and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, bronchospasm, erythema, infusion related reaction, tachycardia, urticaria, wheezing. Acetadote dosage: 9800 MG ONE TIME IV; 3250 MG -PARTIAL DOSE REC'D- ONE TIME IV. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 269.0 lb, was diagnosed with nephropathy toxic, prophylaxis and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, erythema, flushing, hypotension, infusion related reaction. Acetadote dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
