Acetadote side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 25, 2007. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with overdose and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, blood pressure decreased, haemorrhage. Acetadote dosage: unknown. Patient died on 09/20/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, hot flush, infusion related reaction, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory rate increased, wheezing. Acetadote dosage: 12613 MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN, TORADOL. Patient recovered.

Acetadote dosage: 9800 MG ONE TIME IV; 3250 MG -PARTIAL DOSE REC'D- ONE TIME IV. Patient recovered.
