Acebutolol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 16, 2007. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 208.0 lb, was diagnosed with blood pressure , ventricular extrasystoles and was treated with Acebutolol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, chest pain , dyspnoea, fatigue, feeling abnormal. Acebutolol dosage: 200 MG;X2 A DAY;ORAL; 200 M G;X3 A DAY;ORAL; 100 MG;ASNEEDED;ORAL; 200 MG;X1;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, AMBIEN, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 118.0 lb, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Acebutolol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dyspnoea, fatigue, gait disturbance, headache , hypertension, hypotension, impaired work ability, insomnia. Acebutolol dosage: 200 MG; DAILY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIRAPEX, COUMADIN, ASPIRIN, PREMARIN, XANAX, ATACAND. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
