Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 218.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Accupril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , blood homocysteine increased, blood pressure inadequately controlled, chronic myeloid leukaemia. Accupril dosage: 40 MG (40 MG, 1 IN 1 D),ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with IMATINIB MESILATE, SOTALOL, ASPIRIN, VITAMNS, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, FOLIC ACID, MIRTAZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
