Accolate side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 03, 2006. Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 102.3 lb, was diagnosed with asthma , depression  and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: suicide attempt, vomiting. Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RESTAS, PAXIL, DEPAS, DOGMATYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
