Accolate side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Dec 29, 2004. Male patient, 79 years of age, was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hepatic function abnormal, ileus paralytic, shock, skin ulcer, urinary tract infection What is  urinary tract infection. Accolate dosage: unknown. Patient died on 05/09/2002.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cerebral haemorrhage, hepatic function abnormal, obstructive chronic bronchitis with acute exacerbation, shock. Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 12/16/2002.
