After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatitis , peritonitis bacterial, septic shock, splenomegaly. Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 03/03/2002.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteraemia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic function abnormal, injury, lung disorder, pneumonia , post procedural complication, septic shock. Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 08/29/2002.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, depressed level of consciousness, hepatic function abnormal, renal failure acute, septic shock. Accolate dosage: 2 X 20 MG TABLETS DISPENSED FOR SEVEN DAYS TREATMENT. Patient died on 04/28/2002.
