After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver function test abnormal, metastatic neoplasm, pancreatic carcinoma, peritonitis, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, renal failure acute, sepsis What is  sepsis. Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 07/11/2002.

Patient died on 04/20/2002.

Accolate dosage: 2 X 20 MG TABLETS DISPENSED FOR SEVEN DAYS TREATMENT. Patient died on 04/28/2002.
