Accolate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on May 23, 2007. Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 204.4 lb, was diagnosed with asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, aspergillosis, bronchopneumonia, diffuse alveolar damage, hepatic necrosis, multi-organ failure, myocardial ischaemia, pneumonia bacterial, pneumonia fungal. Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, ZOLOFT, ADVAIR DISKUS, ALBUTEROL, VEETIDS, SINGULAIR, AZMACORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/22/2004.

Accolate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Dec 29, 2004. Male patient, 54 years of age, was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic neoplasm malignant, multi-organ failure, oesophageal varices haemorrhage, splenomegaly. Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 01/17/2002.
