After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, glomerulonephritis acute, glomerulonephritis chronic, hepatic cirrhosis, renal failure chronic. Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 08/26/2002.
