After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , somnolence. Accolate dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , flushing, loss of consciousness. Accolate dosage: DAILY DOSE: 40 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with ANDROGEL, ADVAIR DISKUS, TEMAZEPAM, CRESTOR, PROVENTIL, NASONEX. Patient recovered.
