Accolate side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 25, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma , insomnia, osteoporosis , hypertension and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, cholelithiasis, heart rate decreased, hepatic atrophy, hepatitis , liver disorder, pleural effusion, respiratory arrest, restlessness. Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HALCION, ONEALFA, MUCODYNE, SILECE, NORVASC. Patient died on 04/29/2005.

Accolate side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 28, 2005. Female patient, weighting 188.0 lb, was diagnosed with asthma  and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , cholelithiasis, coagulopathy, cryptogenic cirrhosis, hepatitis , pneumonia . Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLOVENT, ALBUTEROL, METAPROTERENOL NEBULIZER, IPRATROPIUM NEBULIZER, PREDNISONE, L THYROXINE, ROCALTROL, CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
