Female patient, 46 years of age, weighting 103.0 lb, was diagnosed with scar What is  scar and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, blood bilirubin increased, chills, fatigue, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatomegaly, malaise, nausea What is  nausea, pyrexia. Accolate dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EXTRA STRENGTH TYLENOL, FOSAMAX, VITAMINS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, TOYOFAROL, MUCODYNE, SILECE, HALCION. Patient died on 04/29/2005.
