Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle contracture and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia. Accolate dosage: 20 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with TAMOXIFEN. Patient recovered.
