Acarbose Side Effects Report #5503810-2
Acarbose side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on Oct 27, 2007. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Acarbose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, dyschezia, hypoaesthesia, muscular weakness, myalgia, pain in extremity, urinary retention. Acarbose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PIOGLITAZONE, ASPIRIN, LESCOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
