Abraxane side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 31, 2008. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 153.4 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer recurrent and was treated with Abraxane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, colitis, hypotension, hypovolaemia, infection , vomiting. Abraxane dosage: LAST DOSE (160 MG) PRIOR TO SAE ON 18-FEB-08. (DAY 1, 8, 15 Q 28 DAYS.) INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with AVASTIN, CALCIUM, CYMBALTA, GLUTAMINE, VITAMIN E, NEURONTIN, LORTAB, PHENERGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
