Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 105.0 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, recurrent cancer and was treated with Abraxane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ascites. Abraxane dosage: 145.0MG/M2 D1,D8,D15 042 OVER (30MINS). During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, SOD CL, HEPARIN, AMITRIPTYLINE, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, breath sounds abnormal, disease progression, facial wasting, hepatomegaly, oedema peripheral, oxygen saturation decreased, pleural effusion. Abraxane dosage: 170MG EVERY WEEK X 3 IV. During the same period patient was treated with SORAFENIB. Patient died on 02/08/2009.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, heart rate increased, mucosal inflammation, nausea , neuropathy peripheral, oedema peripheral, protein total decreased. Abraxane dosage: ONE DOSE (390 MG) PRIOR TO SAE. (Q 3 WKS), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LEVAQUIN, PHENERGAN, ASPIRIN, ZOMETA. Patient recovered.

Abraxane dosage: ONE DOSE (390 MG) PRIOR TO SAE. (Q 3 WKS),INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LEVAQUIN, PHENERGAN, ASPIRIN, ZOMETA, VITAMIN. Patient recovered.

Abraxane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, ZOLEDRONIC ACID, FULVESTRANT, PANTOPRAZOLE, KEFLEX, CALCIUM, PHYTONADIONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/06/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with BEVACIZUMAB, ZOLEDRONIC ACID, NEXIUM, ATIVAN, CYMBALTA, MAGIC MOUTHWASH, OXYCODONE, LEVAQUIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
