Abelcet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NETHERLANDS on Jan 03, 2008. Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumococcal sepsis, zygomycosis and was treated with Abelcet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal insufficiency, bradycardia, hyperkalaemia, ventricular fibrillation. Abelcet dosage: 375 MG; QD; IV. During the same period patient was treated with VORICONAZOLE, CASPOFUNGIN, VALGANCICLOVIR, FENTANYL, CYCLOSPORINE, INSULIN, FUROSEMIDE. Patient died on 10/19/2007.

Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with aspergillosis, pneumonia , sepsis , zygomycosis and was treated with Abelcet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, hyperkalaemia, ventricular fibrillation. Abelcet dosage: 375 MG;QD;IV. During the same period patient was treated with VORICONAZOLE, CASPOFUNGIN, VALGANCICLOVIR, FENTANYL, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient died on 10/19/2007.
