Abacavir side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Oct 13, 2005. Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Abacavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: malaise, pyrexia, rash maculo-papular. Abacavir dosage: 600MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DIDANOSINE, EFAVIRENZ. Patient recovered.
