and was treated with Abacavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, cough, dyspnoea, fatigue, malaise, nausea
, pharyngitis, pharyngolaryngeal pain. Abacavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE, NEVIRAPINE, ZIDOVUDINE, COTRIMOXAZOLE. Patient recovered.Abacavir Side Effects Report #5835221-4
Abacavir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from ITALY on July 21, 2008. Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection
and was treated with Abacavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, neuralgic amyotrophy, pharyngitis bacterial. Abacavir dosage: 300 MG / TWICE A DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LOPINAVIR, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
