Abacavir side effect was reported by a Physician from on Nov 19, 2004. Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection What is  hiv infection and was treated with Abacavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, diarrhoea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, headache What is  headache. Abacavir dosage: 600MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with STAVUDINE, KALETRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
