Abacavir side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 30, 2008. Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , asthma , pain  and was treated with Abacavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, asthenia, back pain , c-reactive protein increased, candidiasis, chills, delirium, hyperhidrosis. Abacavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR DISKUS, ALBUTEROL, DICLOFENAC, VALTREX, NORVASC, SEROQUEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
